The ultrasonic tub is designed to wash instruments used in the medical, dental, cosmetic, veterinary fields. The ultrasound cleaning (cavitation) allows to thoroughly clean instruments difficult to clean manually.
Heating
The device heats the detergent and stops automatically when the preset temperature is reached.
Degassing (degas)
This process reduces the gas dissolved in the liquid, thus improving the efficiency of the subsequent washing.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Washing phase through ultrasonic cavitation.
Sweep
Ultrasounds are modulated in frequency, thus reducing the negative effects of stationary waves, increasing the distribution of ultrasonic energy within the washing liquid.
Discharge
Tub of Basic has to be manually emptied, tub of Free can be emptied by opening the appropriate valve. All ultrasonic cleaners are supplied with basket and lid.
